Terms of Service for Integrated Arborcare Solutions

1. Agreement to Terms

By using the services provided by Integrated Arborcare Solutions, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Services Provided

Integrated Arborcare Solutions offers tree removal, trimming, pruning, stump grinding, and other related services as outlined in provided service agreements or work estimates. 

3. Pricing and Payment

- All prices are quoted prior to service and will be confirmed in a written estimate.

- Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. Scheduling and Cancellations

- Appointments for services will be scheduled at the convenience of both parties.

- Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee subject to the discretion of the service provider. 

5. Liability Agreement

- Integrated Arborcare Solutions shall not be liable for any damages, injuries, or losses incurred during the provision of services, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.

- Customers are responsible for ensuring that the work area is safe and free from obstructions and waste before the service begins. Failure to comply may result in service cancellation and subsequent fees. 

6. Non-Payment Clause

- In the event of non-payment, Integrated Arborcare Solutions reserves the right to charge a late fee of 20% of the outstanding balance for very 30 (thirty) days the payment remains unpaid. After 90 days of non-payment, legal action may be taken. 

- If legal action is necessary to collect payment, the customer agrees to pay all associated legal fees and costs incurred by Integrated Arborcare Solutions.

- Additionally, Integrated Arborcare Solutions may suspend any further services until the outstanding balance is settled.

7. Governing Law

This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the province of Ontario .

8. Amendments

Integrated Arborcare Solutions reserves the right to amend these Terms of Service at any time. Customers will be notified of any changes in writing.
